Hormones! From fertility to monthly cycles they’re just a constant. They’ve got a role to play but, my goodness, sometimes, I really resent them and all the carnage they can cause! For someone who for so many years didn’t have to cope with them, I just didn’t have a monthly cycle, now they are like clockwork. But sometimes the accompanying hormonal shifts are seismic; sometimes they barely cause a ripple. After a cycle of the former variety, I was excited to try Eyeam Hormone Check Drops. They sounded heaven sent, but would they actually work?
What’s in EYEAM Hormone Check Drops?
The Eyeam drops are a vegan combination of many interesting and anti-inflammatory herbal ingredients. Milk Thistle, Activated Quartz Crystal, Rosemary, Turmeric and Chlorophyll, are combined with others to provide many potentially amazing benefits. The formulation promises to help balance your hormones and alleviate PMS, lower stress and support your mind, nervous system and gut-brain-skin axis. More specifically they target the causes of annoying adult acne and relieve those well-known PMS symptoms like bloating, fatigue and cravings. You simply shake the bottle well and take one full dropper daily, under the tongue or mixed with any drink.
The Results
The chlorophyll gives the drops a distinctive green colour and I must warn you, these do not taste at all good taken straight! I would strongly advise mixing the drops with a drink to quickly disperse the taste. Far more tolerable if you do. I also found it tricky to get the stopper to fill fully so I had to take a second small dose to make up the shortfall. I’m not certain if the drops are meant to be instantly acting, but I’ve assumed that they need a chance to get into your system to work. A week after taking these I ovulated and, unsurprisingly, there was no real change in how my body coped with this. However, three weeks after starting the drops my cycle came to an end and it almost crept up on me. No significant emotional swings or my usually intense sweet cravings. The one give away was the bloating which was just as normal and my skin had very slightly broken out the morning my cycle ended, but nothing really significant. A definite improvement on that front too. I was surprised consuming this volume of drops had had these effects…
The Hormone Check Drops have definitely had a beneficial effect on my cycle by reducing my PMS and associated symptoms. I’ve just re-ordered them as I’m absolutely going to continue my Eyeam journey. As I’ve only been taking them for three weeks, I’m keen to find out if the benefits will increase. They’ve unquestionably softened the emotional swings, which for me is a massive plus, and have pretty much eradicated my sweet cravings, thereby introducing greater balance into my cycle. While they’ve not yet removed all of the PMS symptoms, they have made a noticeable improvement without the need to take any additional hormones or drugs, which has to be celebrated! If you can relate to any of this, you should give them a shot. Thank you Eyeam for making these.
